Set of 10 (Fast & Furious Themed Mainline: HNR88 Series 3), 10 carded vehicles (as per the main picture) new in box, box seal broken only to confirm contents.  See additional T&Cs below.

While we can guarantee that these cards have not been on the pegs, and are fresh out of Mattel's shipping box, we cannot guarantee that all the cards are flawless as they may have some bends as a result of their handling and packaging in the factory.

We reserve the right to withdrawal such items from VIP Member privileged areas at any time.

Note also: when ordering item Quantities of more than one, any Optional Extras chosen will also be increased by such Quantities.  So for extra quantities of this item, but with different Optional Extras, add to Cart first and then re-visit this listing and add the item again (with a different Optional Extra configuration).

Over and above our General T&C's, the following also apply as a condition of sale for this item:

Items offered are in limited quantities, and thus condition of sale is the quantity of one item only (even it the system allows for multiple quantities to be purchased).  In the event that a customer successfully completes a purchase of this item with a quantity greater than one, we reserve the right NOT to fulfill any additional purchases, processing only the one item.

Item will not be dispatched until cleared payment in full has been received.  In the event that such payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and add the item back into the listing's quantity available.

Refunds & Exchanges:

There is no refund for change of mind, though we may - on a case-by-case basis and purely at our sole discretion - offer a store credit or voucher for such cases (but not a refund).  Where the item has already been shipped, a re-stocking fee may be applicable (deducted from the store credit) and the onus is on the purchaser to return at their own expense and the item and its packaging must be received in the same condition as it was dispatched.

For damaged items or incorrect items - highly unlikely as all care is taken - we will offer to exchange or offer a store credit.  If the item is required to be returned to us, we will cover any return delivery costs.  Unlike our other store items, as this is a special head-starts item, you agree to waive your right to a financial refund (to which you'd normally be entitled under our general T&Cs and the trade practices act).

And remember, save on shipping, as you can arrange to collect from our marquee pop-up stalls at any number of upcoming events.
