By purchasing this 'pre-order' item you are committing to follow through on the purchase (as we've increased our own stock orders accordingly to accommodate it), and as such full-payment is required up front upon checkout.

Due to high demand for such pre-order items, we are unable to offer any firm dispatch or delivery dates as they are subject to when we receive our stock from our suppliers, and all orders will be filled with in turn (first to order and Pay In Full): NB: unpaid or part-paid orders will not be guaranteed fulfillment and shall not be in the queue, joining the queue only at the time PIF has cleared. 

Refunds & Exchanges:

There is no refund for change of mind, though we may - on a case-by-case basis and purely at our sole discretion - offer a store credit or voucher for such cases (but not a refund).  Where the item has already been shipped, a re-stocking fee may be applicable (deducted from the store credit) and the onus is on the purchaser to return at their own expense and the item and its packaging must be received in the same condition as it was dispatched.

For damaged items or incorrect items - highly unlikely as all care is taken - we will offer to exchange or offer a store credit.  If the item is required to be returned to us, we will cover any return delivery costs.  Unlike our other store items, as this is a special pre-order item, you agree to waive your right to a financial refund (to which you'd normally be entitled under our general T&Cs and the trade practices act).

Our commitment to you is the price we've been able to offer is locked in.  In the event that we are: A) unable to supply the item for the locked-in price, B) not able to dispatch the item a timely manner (from receiving the stock from our suppliers), or C) fail to fulfill your order within 30 days of the purchase date, we will offer for cancellation of the order - without any penalty and offering to provide a full refund (or store credit) without any restocking nor any associated administration fees.

And remember, save on shipping, as you can arrange to collect from our marquee pop-up stalls at any number of upcoming events.
